Paul Adair is Chief Operating Officer at Lysander funds. Prior to joining Lysander Funds in 2023, Paul was the Director & Portfolio Manager, Products & Services at Richardson Wealth Limited and Chief Compliance Officer for Richardson Wealth (USA) Limited. Prior to that he was Managing Director, Managed Accounts at BMO Nesbitt Burns and was an Investment Counsellor at CT Private Investment Counsel. Paul holds a HBSc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the Waterloo, and an MBA from York University and is a CFA Charterholder.
Griffin Harvey is a Coordinator on the sales team at Lysander Funds. Prior to joining Lysander Funds, Griffin held sales and marketing positions at a variety of companies. Griffin holds a Bachelor of Management degree from Dalhousie University, with a major in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. During his studies, he also completed a number of certificates which include; Leading People and Organizations, Marketing Management, as well as financial modelling certifications.
